Some people say that the UCC is a well kept secret. So what’s the secret? Some clues about the UCC surface every two years when the UCC holds a General Synod. Please plan to attend this program to hear a group of FCC members and friends who attended the UCC Synod last June share insights about their experiences. Barbara Brown Zikmund will set the stage for the conversation and prod Karen Byrne, James Estes, Ruth Shinn and Susie Hayward to give candid comments about how attending a wider church meeting has enriched and challenged their understanding of what it means to be a local church member and a Christian.
