We now have the option to contribute to the church via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or PayPal through the “Network for Good” icon on the bottom of every First Church web page. Contributions can be made on a one-time or regular basis. Givers have the option of contributing anonymously and still getting the documentation necessary for a tax deduction because Network for Good provides a receipt. (We do not recommend anonymous donation for pledge payments!)
Network for Good charges a 4.75% processing fee. This charge is tax-deductible and by default is added to the contribution amount. The Finance Commission asks that church members who pay their pledges through Network for Good use this default option instead of having the fee taken out of the pledge, as otherwise the church will not receive the full pledge amount.
